SATE MADURA CAK UMAR

This is my favorite Sate Madura in Batam right now. Yup I just said it. This plate of skewered meats is excellent! Madura style satay is mainly sweet. Its peanut sauce is smoother than your average satay sauce. It is mixed with sweet soy sauce and chili. And the chili from this stall is spot on! Fragrant and spicy!

I tried the chicken and lamb meats. Both are well-marinated and tasty. Their rice cake is also very very good; the texture is just nice. Basically it is a must try if you love Sate Madura! It is very hard to find this place for first-timers but if you are in Tiban area, you really should try to find. It will be worth your while. Enjoy you Satay Lovers!
