I am impressed. This 3-months old oyster omelette (aka Oluak) stall took me by surprise. I came to Guan Guan Kopitiam wanting to eat their Apiau Bagan noodle and Satay Sumatra.

The omelette was crispy at the edge and soft in the middle. It was fragrant. Mainly salty with a little spicy punch (can add more chili if you want). Overall, this plate of oyster omelette should be able to satisfy most tongues. I personally think it can fight with the big boys in this department. I apologize for the loss focus in this picture. But seriously, come and try this if you like Oluak
